Apply to the scalp.

An appropriate amount, judged against hair density. Smooth what remains through the lengths and ends.

Massage in circles.

Fingertips, not nails. Gentle circular motion supports circulation and activates follicles.

III

Let it settle.

Ninety minutes for oily hair, up to three hours for dry hair. Never longer.

IV

Rinse thoroughly.

Wash with shampoo to remove the oil and cleanse the scalp and ends.

V

Avoid heat.

Skip heat styling tools immediately after use and let the scalp breathe.

VI

Five days, then twice weekly.

Daily for the first five days, then two appointments a week for consistency.
